Gordon Comstock Posted August 10 Posted August 10 Idk when Michael Schenker is touring, but Axl offered to join him when he goes to Japan. Imagine Axl Rose volunteers to sing 3 songs on your album... 15-20 years ago it would've been one of the best things to happen to your career. Now? You shelve 2 of the songs and release one with long instrumental parts. 3 Quote

All Things Considered Posted August 11 Posted August 11 I don't get the impression Schenker is the most honest guy or has the best memory. I think he says he had the opportunity to join the Rolling Stones, Ozzy's band, and Aerosmith and he turned them all down for his vision. He's spent less time in one band than Steven Adler or Izzy Stradlin. His own bands seem to have change members every album/tour cycle. Great guitarist and UFO's Strangers in the Night is a great hard rock album, but I would take anything he says with a grain of salt. Quote
wasted Posted August 11 Posted August 11 Billy Joel will be working on new version of Atlas Shrugged. Quote
Gordon Comstock Posted October 13 Posted October 13 He did it again, only LALD this time. HAAAAAW!!!! Quote
Faxl Posted October 13 Posted October 13 What a stupid fucking bastard honestly How the fuck can he do that and walk off thinking Yep, still got it I'm just sad at this point Though it was funny to hear the LALD screams have descended into just yelling HAAAAAAAA!!!! 3 Quote
EstrangedTWAT Posted October 13 Author Posted October 13 Am I nuts or did his mic feedback in exactly the same spot both nights? Quote
Trumpy Bear Posted October 14 Posted October 14 So Buckethead stole Michael Myers' mask and Axl stole his hair? Haaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaawww yeeeeaaaaahhh!!!!! 3 Quote
Sydney Fan Posted October 14 Posted October 14 I often wonder if Axl kept the nuguns lineup going whether he would have still aged badly in terms of looks. Axl dresses like hes singing for a retirement village crowd. The all black look doesnt suit him. With Oasis touring next year GNR will have to do something big if they are still wanting to play arenas. 2 Quote

The demo had potential to be a great song, but like Atlas I doubt they really fleshed it out, so the final result will be mediocre... 2 Quote
Sydney Fan Posted October 15 Posted October 15 Vocally maybe he may be more aware of his limitations and thankfully adjusting to those limitations. I just still cant get over how much he aged in those 2 years between 14 and 16. I know some posters want to say "shut the fuck up and who cares" , and while i can admit im no Mona Lisa oil painting myself,he looked so much more normal and his actual self in 14. Did bringing Slash to his home for dinner in 2015 before the reunion, cause a bad experience to make him age?. First photo at the Golden God awards in 14 and first reunion shows in 16. Quote

Atlas will be no different than what we have heard just add slash and duff will effects fuckery. 1 Quote
