I thought Las Vegas knew something everyone didn't with the 49ers favored by -1.5. 72% of the money was on the Chiefs last night. There was no way Vegas was going to lose right? Well they did. The public beat the books against the spread and the money line. The books shouldn't care. They make a lot of money off of player props so they can pay. Mahomes is on pace to be the greatest QB of all time. However I would bet he's not going to reach Tom Brady. Shanahan is an artist of losing when it matters. Quote
AxlisOld Posted March 11 Posted March 11 Free Agency really kicking off. Russell Wilson is a Steeler, Kirk Cousins is a Falcon, Mac Jones was only worth a 6th rounder. @Bill Brasky @arnold layne 1 Quote

Still not as stupid as the Falcons, dumping $45 million a year on Kirk Cousins. If anyone is counting, that brings his earnings in the NFL to a pants shitting $400 million. Anytime you may think there's justice and good in this world, remember that Kirk Cousins has made $400 million. 1 Quote

Anytime you may think there's justice and good in this world, remember that Kirk Cousins has made $400 million. It's horrible. On the Vikings Subreddit, people downvote me for speaking the truth. The justification is he is clearing up cap space, which I get, and I understand that it is risky giving Cousins an extension given his lack of success and injury. But Sam Darnold? I would also be more patient if his drafts were any good. But they are not. His drafts are consistently ranked on the bottom with "draft experts", which once again, is iffy because these analysts are wrong a lot of the time. But the eye test already seals his future with this team. He is a bad GM. No statistics needed. Everyone is excited that we drafted Jordan Addison, and yes he is a good player. Everyone knew he was going to be. But anyone paying attention to this team knew Kirk didn't have a lot of time left. So instead of drafting cornerstone positions, he drafts a stud wide receiver who will struggle in an offense with no reliable QB. He is drafting like a middle schooler playing Madden. Do I need to mention he drafted Lewis Cine high in the draft only to become a special teams player? Where are the offensive line picks, the defensive line picks? Super Bowl teams draft A LOT of these guys. The game is won in the trenches. But no, he prefers trading picks to the Green Bay Packers and Detroit Lions. If I didn't know better, I would think he was brought in to sabotage the team. What a moron. I think KOC is a good coach. It is a disgrace he is wasting his time here with someone who has no idea what he is doing. I will see what other free agency picks he made. I know he got one of GB's running backs. That's fine, but how is he going to run without an offensive line? Has he figured out a running back needs an offensive line to run the ball? I know Alexander Mattison was bad, but he was put in position to struggle with a GM who does not even know where an offensive tackle or an offensive guard line up on the field, if he has even heard of them. The Patriots are doing a good job in free agency. I'm glad the Patriots didn't sign Calvin Ridley. Derrick Henry going to the Ravens is scary. Quote
Guest arnold layne Posted March 15 Posted March 15 Being the upstanding Christian Kirk Cousins is, he admitted to the media Atlanta was tampering after he signed. Confession is good for the soul. Quote
Guest arnold layne Posted March 15 Posted March 15 Two first round picks for Minnesota. The expectation is to bundle those first round picks for a higher first round pick. I am sure we will manage to pull it off, only to draft this year's bust QB. As always something goes wrong. Quote
Bill Brasky Posted March 17 Posted March 17 @arnold layne my pats signed K J Osbourne. What can you tell me about him. Quote
Bill Brasky Posted April 20 Posted April 20 Gentleman the NFL draft is Thursday night. Who are your favorite players in this this year draft. @Jack Burton @AxlisOld @deelowbrown @LiarzisDead @Bran @The Linguini Occurrence @Arnold Layne It looks like possibly the best Wide Receiver draft in history. Also @HGH can you change the thread title to the nfl thread or something ? 1 Quote

Maybe CHI can finally get their shit together and start being competitive again Also Marvin Harrison Jr. If he's anything like his dad... watch out 1 Quote

Too full of himself, reminiscent of Johnny Football. Haven't had time nor motivation to check out most of the class in depth. 3 Quote

Maye played only at North Carolina and wasn't anything special. But they say he has all the tools. Pennix has a long injury history Nix seems average. But thenn again i thought Mac Jones was going to be a great qb. 2 Quote
Slugworth Posted April 22 Posted April 22 I only know one thing about the upcoming draft.... The Bears are going to waste their picks. Quote

Yeah Daniels being only 210 would be dangerous for him to continue to try and run. Running QBs typically don't have long shelf lives. I'd imaging he can scramble decently though. Have to keep in mind that he'll now have access to NFL resources. Dieticians, workout facilities, etc. 1 Quote

Bill Brasky Posted April 25 Posted April 25 Ok my Patriots draft wish list Qb Drake Maye Michael Penix Spencer Rattler Wr Adonai Mitchell Malachi Corley Johnny Wilson Annis Smith Luke Mccaffery Brian Thomas Te Jared Wiley Jaheim Bell T Kinsley Suamataia Patrick Paul Kiran Amegadjie Blake Fisher Dominick Puni Cb Wille Drew Cooper Dejean Lb Tommy Eichenberg K Josh Karty Rb Braelon Allen Quote
Bill Brasky Posted April 26 Posted April 26 Penix to Atlanta after paying Cousins 160 million lmfao. The Vikings draft what people are calling the safest Qb in the draft in JJ McCarthy. The Pats take Drake Maye very high boom or bust potential. Bill Belichick on the Pat McAfee show draft coverage is spectacular. I had a foot long Steak Bomb (steak , pepperoni, salami, mushrooms, onions ,peppers, provolone cheese)with tomatoes, pickles and mayo. Quote
Bran Posted April 26 Posted April 26 Really curious to see where Dolphins go, really need help on the oline, especially center so JPJ would be a big help, we need DT help after losing Wilkins so Murphy/Newton would be a help. Also the wildcard will be Xavier Worthy as McDaniel was really big on him and would probably be the Hill replacement in a few years. 2 Quote

Bran Posted April 26 Posted April 26 Our interior is hot garbage, in the playoff game we tried to run a quick screen to Hill, the ball hit our center in the head. Eichenberg has to be the worst center I have ever seen play. 1 Quote
